Aren't these beautiful birds? Yes, I know they are all over the western U.S. and I've seen them in plenty of other places. But I just think they are pretty. I think they are probably my favorite birds. :)

I've always thought stellar's jays are very handsome birds, much more beautiful than the regular bluejays. I've actually never seen one in real life. I've always lived too far east I guess. Thanks for posting; I enjoy hearing about and seeing all the beauty of nature you are surrounded by!
